Anies-Muhaimin to Attend the Preliminary Hearing at the Constitutional Court

The discussions also involved Anies and Muhaimin in preparing the opening remarks for the trial. Ari explained that the legal team has divided tasks among its members due to restrictions. A total of 12 members of the legal team will be in the courtroom in accordance with the maximum limit set by the Constitutional Court. Other members will be responsible for preparing the necessary materials. Meanwhile, legal team members who are out of town will participate online.

The time given by the Constitutional Court for 90 minutes to submit the application is considered quite limited. Therefore, the team will compile presentation points to be presented during the trial. This step is taken so that all important points can be clearly expressed and can convince the panel of judges.

Ari expressed his belief that the constitutional judges will handle this case objectively for the benefit of the nation and to maintain the integrity of the constitution.

Ari is optimistic that the lawsuit filed by Anies-Muhaimin will be accepted by the Constitutional Court. The legal team has been preparing the lawsuit materials for more than a month and is supported by strong written evidence and witnesses, which indicate alleged fraud committed by the Prabowo-Gibran pair.
