Jakarta, LiterasiHukumCom - The Directorate of Cyber ​​Crimes (Dittipidsiber) of the National Police Criminal Investigation Department will hold a case regarding the alleged defamation reported by the former Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil (RK), against celebrity Lisa Mariana this week.

Head of Sub-Directorate I of Dittipidsiber Bareskrim Polri, Kombes Rizki Agung Prakoso, stated that the case hearing process is scheduled in the near future, although he has not mentioned the exact date. "This week (the determination of the suspect) will be held," he said, Monday (29/9).

This step was taken after mediation efforts between the two parties last week failed to reach an agreement. In the mediation, RK rejected Lisa's offer of peace.

Previously, the National Police Criminal Investigation Department had carried out a DNA test between RK and Lisa's child with the initials CA. The test results showed no match or non-identical between the two. Even so, Lisa still believes that RK is the biological father of CA. She even admitted that she was surprised by the DNA test results shown by investigators, because according to her there were still several percentages of similarities that made her doubt the results.

On the other hand, RK's attorney, Muslim Jaya, rejected Lisa's request to conduct a repeat DNA test in Singapore. According to him, there is no legal basis that requires his client to undergo the test again. He emphasized that the DNA test carried out by Pusdokkes Polri was in accordance with standard operating procedures, accredited and internationally recognized.
