Anies-Muhaimin Sue Election Results to the Constitutional Court

Therefore, the step taken by Anies-Muhaimin is to file a lawsuit against the election results to the Constitutional Court (MK). They also invite the public to support the legal steps they are taking.
"We emphasize that we do not want to let these various democratic deviations pass without a record and become a bad precedent for all future elections, both at the national level and hundreds of regional elections and legislative elections at levels I and II," he explained.
Despite realizing that various state institutions involved in organizing elections and resolving disputes have been influenced by individuals who have been proven to have violated ethics, and some of whom have even received repeated warnings but are still allowed to act, the step to file a lawsuit with the Constitutional Court (MK) will still be taken.
As Anies said, Muhaimin also emphasized that they had found a large number of abnormalities, shortcomings, and omissions in the unnatural process, which he said was an unprecedented situation in the election.
"It has become common knowledge that we have encountered these various shortcomings long before polling day, starting from engineering regulations to intervening with state apparatus, and all of this has become media and public records," he said.
According to Muhaimin, the step to file a lawsuit to the Constitutional Court (MK) is also a way to provide information to the panel of judges and the public about the various shortcomings and irregularities that occurred during the presidential election process.
