Chronology of Alleged Violence against the Victim
Information from the family stated that the victim was allegedly subjected to repeated violence. The victim's sister, Lusy Namo, stated that her younger brother had run away and hid at the home of a foster parent in Nagekeo in July, then was picked up back to the barracks and was said to have experienced violence again for about a week. Lusy also mentioned that the last communication with her younger brother occurred on July 27. It was also stated that, based on the results of the RSUD Aeramo examination, the victim suffered various injuries, including cigarette burns, bruises, and sharp object wounds in a number of body parts. <h3>Family Response and Public Spotlight</h3> Sepriana Paulina Mirpey stated that the family was satisfied with the court's decision and planned to oversee the process until the dismissal stage. This case also raised wider public attention, including statements from a number of parties highlighting the need for evaluation so that senior-junior relations in the military environment are not based on violence.
