In his presentation before members of the council, Inosentius Samsul, who currently serves as Head of the DPR Expertise Agency, emphasized his vision to strengthen the Constitutional Court (MK) as an independent and accountable judicial institution. “My hope is that the point is to maintain the Constitutional Court as a judicial institution, to be part of the independent, accountable, and trustworthy judicial power," said Inosentius. He emphasized that he fulfills all the formal requirements as a candidate for Constitutional Justice, with a strong legal education background. Inosentius earned a Bachelor of Law degree from Gadjah Mada University (1989), a Master of Law degree from Tarumanegara University (1997), and a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Indonesia (2003).

Born in East Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara, on July 10, 1965, Inosentius Samsul has had a long career of 35 years in the Secretariat General of the DPR RI. His deep experience in the field of legislation is his main asset. The following is a track record of his career:
