JAKARTA, LITERASIHUKUM.COM – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has scheduled an examination of celebrity Lisa Mariana as a witness in the alleged corruption case of advertising procurement at the West Java and Banten Regional Development Bank (Bank BJB). The summons, scheduled for Friday, August 22, 2025, aims to trace the flow of non-budgetary funds allegedly related to the case. KPK Spokesperson, Budi Prasetyo, emphasized that Lisa Mariana's statement is crucial to clarify the construction of the case, which is estimated to have caused state financial losses of up to Rp222 billion. "The information conveyed by the witness will certainly be very helpful for investigators to then be able to uncover and clarify this case," said Budi Prasetyo at the KPK Red and White Building, Jakarta, on Wednesday (8/20/2025).

Deepening the Flow of Non-Budgetary Funds

The main focus of investigators is currently tracking the movement of non-budgetary funds in the Bank BJB advertising procurement scandal. The KPK is implementing a strategy follow the money to identify parties who also received or managed the proceeds of corruption. "The KPK is also continuing to investigate the alleged flow managed in the non-budgetary funds in this BJB corruption, what is it for, who is it for," explained Budi. However, Budi was unwilling to provide further information regarding the specific allegation of a flow of funds from the former Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil, to Lisa Mariana. He emphasized that the material is still part of the ongoing investigation process.

Five Suspects Have Been Named

In the development of this case, the KPK has officially named five people as suspects. They are strongly suspected of being involved in engineering the advertising procurement process at Bank BJB. The five suspects are:
  1. Yuddy Renaldi, President Director of Bank BJB.
  2. Widi Hartoto, Head of the Corporate Secretary Division (Corsec) of BJB as well as the Commitment Making Officer (PPK).
  3. Ikin Asikin Dulmanan, controller of the Antedja Muliatama and Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri agencies.
  4. Suhendrik, controller of the BSC Advertising agency and Wahana Semesta Bandung Ekspress.
  5. Sophan Jaya Kusuma, controller of Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama.
KPK investigators believe that the actions of the suspects have resulted in state losses with an estimated value reaching Rp222 billion. The investigation process is still ongoing to uncover all parties involved and recover lost state assets.
